TRAINING AND CONSULTATION SERVICES

  • Presented hundreds of lectures at state, national, and international conferences on evaluating, treating, and parenting abused children, as well as testifying in maltreatment cases.


  • Trained multidisciplinary groups including child protection workers, law enforcement officers, MSW students, psychology interns, medical residents, physicians, social workers, lawyers, guardians ad litem, and judges to enhance their awareness of child development, assessment, and treatment.


  • Guest lecturer at various universities in their Social Work Programs and Law Schools.


  • Taught for 15 semesters in the Master of Social Work program at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.


  • Administer supervision to Masters prepared social workers and counselors pursuing licensure.
